To provide strategy and marketing consultation as part of an initiative to elevate the annual Leadership conference.
With a new WiBN Leadership Team in place, Blue Vines was asked to lead a strategic initiative to define a go forward plan for this 6-year old conference. Our Strategic Planning deliverables will include Theming, Content Recommendations and Target Audience Definition, Session and Speaker Sourcing and Execution Plans. Once strategic planning is complete, Blue Vines will create a Marketing Strategy to engage and communicate with the target audience and ultimately increase conference attendance.
